The -g maxgroups option in nfs_mount

Hi,

The -g maxgroups option is disabled in NFS client between 1.1.1.1 and 1.2 
versions of the nfs_mount program.
But I don't see anything in the commit log or the mailing list explaining why 
this was done.

Any idea why this option was disabled?
