It was ascertained a few days ago in chat that, while a full
implementation of the relational model would be fairly awkward, all
the existing or known seriously-proposed use cases can be adequately
handled if each proplib bundle is a single relational table.

It is probable that save files for src/games would require multiple
tables, but there is no particular problem in that context with
putting each table in a separate proplib bundle.

I think this should be considered as a serious alternative.
