You do?  postfix doesn't read sendmail.cf files as far as I can tell.
Until and unless it does, I think "exact same functionality" is an
overstatement.  (A significant overstatement, in postfix's case; it has
substantially more serious failings as compared to sendmail than just
not using the same configuration language.)
