Some confirmation as I clean up my proposal:

What are the overarching goals behind a preforking inetd? What specific
cases can we look at for testing?

This comes after a little confusion amongst myself and Riastradh on
IRC.

Currently, I know of no services that are easily deployed on inetd
except bozohttpd and potentially BIND.
