drvctl to scan USB bus

Hello

drvctl can be used to detach a device using option -d, this is quite
straightforward. What is rather cryptic is how to use it to scan the bus
and attach a previously detached device.

This page documents how to scan a SATA bus using for instance drvctl -a
ata_hl -r atabus3

What is the equivalent of ata_hl to scan an USB bus? And what busdevice
should be used?
