No, it is not a NetBSD-specific problem. Guys, please step back if you
don't even know the problem. Neither GCC nor Clang provide max_align_t
with their stddef.h for C++03. The way the libc++ override for stddef.h
is written provides potentially false definition and that's the core of
the whole issue. Providing max_align_t when it is not guarenteed to be
correct is worse than not having it at all. That's what the whole
upstream discussion is about.
