Finally here is a complete patch that deletes terminfo2.cdb.
This patch restores compatibility with the old terminfo format
for most entries except the handful ones that need the new entry
format. I did not do the name@v2 part described in the original
proposal because I got lazy, and this is compat code anyway.
I am planning to commit this in a few days if I don't hear otherwise.
