Hi
I was wondering if something changed in later kernels which  prevents
gdb from workin?
not too long ago I still could use gdb, even it told me something
about terminal inferior for each step I went through the source code. 

Now it starts up ok, but when I want to debug it it tells me that it
can't read (acces) register 17 and can't run.

I'll have a look when I'm home and send a complete error message of
it.
My kernel was compiled with a sup update of last week's sources.
