Put atf-check in the anonymous namespace

gcc 4.2.1 complains if a class that is not anonymous uses other
classes that are in the anonymous namespace.  Interestingly clang did
not complain even though it is supposed to be more standards-compliant.
But maybe this behavior of gcc is not standard.
