current-users: Where is HZ ?

I was just compiling a prog for NetBSD-current, when the compilation 
stopped with HZ being undefined. A quick grep revealed that there is no
HZ defined anywhere. Shouldn't it be in sys/param.h as #define HZ 100
or is my system missing something? If i'm right it used to be there.
