those certainly don't belong in /usr/src/etc/Makefile; if you'd
like to distribute a utility that does it, feel free, but no
way am i going to have a Makefile coordiate a three-way-merge
for each of N files (Where N is large.


also, that doesn't work very well, in the case, e.g. where /etc/rc
changes, and /etc/netstart changes, too, to match the new /etc/rc's
setup, and the user has changed netstart -- how do they know what
needs to be merged.
