The snapshot that's currently there is considered 'mostly working' --
i.e. it has no known 'fatal bugs'.
given that, i'd not expect a new snapshot for a bit.
re: the fact that your machine reboots during buffer allocation:
that's weird; unless i'm mistaken, nothing 'before' buffer allocation
has changed recently...

you don't need /usr/libexec to boot single-user; i.e. it's still
partially usable.
I'm going to do a new snapshot 'as soon as is feasible,' but the
one that's there *should* work -- i.e. it's running on a bunch of
my machines...
