All AST 8 port Cards I have seen simply were two AST-4-port on one
board. You would configure them like this:

master	ast0	at isa? port 0x1a0 tty irq 5 vector astintr
master	ast1	at isa? port 0x2a0 tty irq 7 vector astintr
