I think i already explained to current-users what happened to make it
go away.  anyway, we're now running a kernel with NULLFS on lamp,
and i've got ~ftp/pub/NetBSD/arch mounted again.  I'm running the
sup scanner now, etc.

I also plan to make a whole new binary snapshot in the near
term (i.e. in the next day or two...).
