I'm curious as to why the code to make floppy-based versions of
the 'booting' commands is still buried under sys/arch/i386/floppy.

Can/Should this be relocated to ??? (top-level?) since it appears
to be useful for more that "just the 386s"? Additionally, it would
probably be useful to set up a structure (under /floppy) that allows
for architecture specific Makefile.inc's for actually creating the
floppies on the specific machines.
