Thanks for the help with the ep0 problems I was having!
Several people suggested I needed a default route, but as I had
pulled a wd8003e and put in the 3c579 (changing hostname.ed0 to ep0)
Also, my CMOS settings were mentioned.  As I eventually got it working
on UTP, they must be ok.  Funny thing is though, I have 24MB, boot
recognizes 24MB, but the kernel only sees 16MB... and it reads it from
the CMOS.. hmm... Maybe I'll zap the CMOS and EISA NVRAM and start over.
Anyway, to shorten a short story... I finally checked in 'if_ep.c'
and the man page for ep was wrong as far as the 'link0 link1' stuff.
I *still* can't get the AUI port to work, but the UTP port works
fine with 'link0 link1'.

Anyway, thanks for the help!  I'll live with the UTP port!
