Hello,

I recently tried the new hp300 rootimage on a 425.  The monitor
apparently found a system to boot (id of 1Z, I think) but after
the next boot step the screen just went blank & the system appeared
to be hung.  Does anyone know if this rootimage and/or boot loader
is known to work on a 425?

I downloaded it from ftp.iastate.edu yesterday.  Maybe I'll try re-
writing the file system and try again in the mean time.
