I'm still getting rotten performance between a 486 with a 3c507 using 64k
ram size and a 386 with a 16k wd8003e.

If the 507 sends, I get 5 to 8k/sec, when the wd sends, I get 300+ k/sec.
This sucks rocks.

The card is in ``standard'' mode, since that's the only one where it works
under NetBSD, but it passes all diagnostics under DOS even in ``turbo''
mode.
