In a word, no. The Soundblaster SCSI-2 has no BIOS and is non-bus mastering
(and in fact doesn't use DMA in the current driver).
However, it makes a fine secondary controller and performs about as well
(slightly better) than an ISA bus non-buffered IDE controller (my
personal experience).
