Sometime between 941218 and 941225 the sigsetjmp.c reference were
removed from lib/libc/gen/Makefile.inc.  I guess the intention was
that all archs shall provide machine-dependent versions, although as
far as I can see only ns32k, i386 & sparc does so.  Is the omission an
error or a facility?
