i could believe "the speed of the computer", though i'd bet that the
former example, and possibly the latter, also suffer from excessibve paging.

just FYI:
	a 386DX/33	is obviously a 386DX at 33MHz
	a hp320		is a 68020 at 16MHz
so neither are speedy cpus.
