Could we dispence with the "clear screen on application close"
	entry in the new xterm entry? It is REALLY irritating to have
	less/vi/termcap-app ALWAYS clear the screen when they exit. The
	previous xterm entry did NOT do this, so it's a change of
	functionality IMESHO...
