While I'm reaching over my keyboard for my coned hat...
I recall the original proposal was for compressed virtual memory, that to
me translates to disk space - unless the box is diskless on a network.
If that is the case then I'm all for it, especially for diskless boxes
since it 'should' have a good impact in the network traffic a diskless X
station generates.
I've got a few classrooms here I'd LOVE to see X diskless, instead of that
other non UNIX stuff 8-)
