Hmmph. IMHO, line disciplines are not a great solution. Why? You
can only have one. What if I want to have a line discipline that
knows how to talk to, say, a DEC lk201 keyboard, but I want a line
discipline beneath that that knows how to do cooked I/O? My current
solution is to simply implement an lk201 device driver, but this is
more than a little bit bogus.
Whatever happened to BStreams, anyway?
