With our work so far (/bin and lots of /usr/bin) most changes have
been just updates of the sccsid.

There have been many files that were changed between lite-1 and
lite-2, where the only change was the sccsid.  This is annoying,
because any change in the sccsid causes a conflict that must
resolved manually.
