Yes, I goofed with the permissions.  Mea culpa. Sorry. I used rcp -p
on some of Ted Lemon's source, and then used CVS to commit it, never
thinking Ted's umask was not the same as mine.  I fixed the CVS source
permissions by hand, yesterday. That doesn't seem to have fixed the
SUP or anon-ftp permissions.  I can' fix them manually as I don't have
the requisite access.

If it doesn't get fixed by this evening I'll change the RCS headers
on my source tree to force CVS to update them, and re-commit the
the files with the permission problems.  That should definitely
fix the problem.

My apologies to everyone that my stupid oversight has inconvenienced.
