I notice this was done with my rcons changes PR still open - at least,
I haven't received any notification of a state change for it, and the
files look pretty much unchanged. Does this mean my rcons changes are
not wanted? Or I should port them, redo the send-pr for the new form,
and hope someone gets around to them this time before the _next_ major
rcons change?
Or is someone upset at me and deliberately ignoring my PRs? I don't
like to think it, but I'm beginning to have trouble finding any other
plausible explanation...especially in view of how many utterly trivial
"non-critical/low" PRs _are_ getting handled. Even this, well, it
would upset me, but if it's true, I'd like to _know_ it, so I don't
waste everyone's time trying to help.
