Hmm, maybe it doesn't eat up swap because it's got enough physical RAM
and almost never _uses_ any swap.  My A3000 has only 16 megs of physical
RAM and needs to use swap quite often (although I'm not running X on it -
it just has several users at times).

The other A3000 with only 8 megs of RAM seems to suffer the "swap leakage"
even more.  Makes me think that the problem only shows up when swap is
actually being used.  I don't know the swap allocation/deallocation
system, so I don't want to start guessing what is really happening.

I think this problem is real, considering the number of people who have
reported it.  Otherwise, 1.1Alpha seems to be working well on my systems.
Swap leakage is a severe problem, IMHO.. not for those with lots of RAM,
but there are systems like the A3000 and PC's etc that can only hold 16
megs of RAM.  Snif.
