So what you do is reimplement the ffs and swapping code in the following
way:  allow the user to declare dedicated partitions for swapping (just
as it is now), but when they fill up, have the system start grabbing
free filesystem blocks for paging.  This would avoid forcing the system's
owner from having to learn about vnodes, etc.

And no, I'm not volunteering;  just daydreaming.
