There might be a few in /usr/local. Firewall patches, third-party LKMs,
etc.
Machine-specific: yes! For example, the Amiga has a whole view/grf subsystem
that is used to manage the various display modes. That should be in
there.
You also want bus-specific man pages. VME, isa, Zorro2, etc. all have
special treatments.
