On my side, I don't trust JoeBob to not name his startup script the same 
as JimBob's all-singing/all-dancing super dooper gizmod startup 
script (which I depend on every day).  By lowering the intelligence 
required to administer the system, you open a wider door to the very real 
threat of trojans.  I'm not yet convinced that this is a Good Thing...
