Hi. I'm trying to get a "sendmail -q" going once my ppp connection is
up, so I placed the command in the /etc/ppp/ip-up file. The ppp
connection goes fine (I can ftp, etc.), but I notice that the "sendmail"
command is never executed. I can do it myself in the command line once
the ppp conection is up, but I really would like it automatic. Any ideas
on what I'm doing wrong? I've even tried to change the permissions on
the ip-up file to make it executable, but this has not worked. Any
pointers would be greatly appreciated.
