I'm quite happy to submit my adduser.sh URL:

	ftp://ftp.quick.com.au/pub/unix/adduser.sh

however it is very generic (works on most *nix flavours) so is not as
clean as core might like...  and yes if submitted, I'd prefer it left
that way.
