get the latest MAKEDEV script from the NetBSD-current sources.

make:

	kbd
	mouse
	ttyE?

where ? is 0, 1, 2, etc., for all the graphics adapters you have in
your system.

alternately, you could just MAKEDEV 'all', which will make all of the
standard devices.
