hi.

i've upgraded our resolver, named (and tools) and include files
to bind 4.9.3-P1 (still with our local changes).  this means that
when you are next upgrading, it is _VITAL_ that you:

 a) update your includes.

and

 b) update your libc.

before continuing with the named install.  ie, nothing different
from what you should be doing every time.

if you have any problems that aren't caused by not following the
above  :-)  please contact me.  it has been tested on the sparc,
alpha, i386 and mac68k ports, and there are no known problems at
this stage.
