I heard rumor that there is a new version of pppd coming soon that has
demand-dial and multi-link-ppp and other goodies... I have no idea when
it's coming but hopefully soon..

Lots of people use Darren Reed's IPFILT package.. not sure where it's
available offhand but he maintains it to -current if I remember correctly.
There are other filtering addons too that I can't remember offhand.
