include.tar.gz, config.old.tar.gz, cvs.tar.gz and sup.tar.gz doesn't seems
   to be replaced in ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD-current/tar_files. 

I don't know about 2 days ago, but the files have definitely been
updated since then.  `config.old.tar.gz' hasn't had it's time stamp
updated because there have been no changes to that piece of the source
tree.
