# ls -lo svr4_utsname.h
~~
# chflags nouappnd,.... svr4_utsname.h
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This flag depends on output of "ls -lo". see chflags(1) man page, for detail.
BTW
Is crashed disk attached on adapter which use new aic7xxx driver ?
