I have lost the original posting about the crazy pine, but may
be the one with this problem could have a look via anoymous ftp at
boss1.physik.uni-bonn.de, directory pub/NetBSD/elchware, file
pine3.91-NetBSD-patches.tar.gz. Please, let me know if it solves
your problem. I have used pine a long time ago and it worked, but
these patches are more than one year old now.
