Probably the same as for PRs 1709, 2088, 2172, 2236, 2411, to pick a
few of mine that are still (according to my records) open and that
included fixes...just that nobody's gotten around to handling the PR
yet.  There probably aren't more than a dozen or so people who have the
power to commit to the tree (rough guess based on source-changes mail),
and there's a limit to how much they can do.  Sure, I'd like it if
they'd drop everything else every time I send in a PR, but that's
pretty unrealistic; most (all?) of them have real lives and jobs and
such.  I certainly know if someone were to bestow commit power on me
tomorrow, I couldn't do more than a handful of PRs between now and 1.2.
