For SCO binaries, you need:
options	COMPAT_IBCS2

I'm sorry, I don't know what directory you put the libraries in.
But, ktrace will show you.

I would suggest buying the new SCO Unix cdrom for $20 for the libraries and
the linker.  At some point, they'll make the package availble on the net.
