Apologies to info-cvs subscribers who get this twice

I have a working version of my cvs-track package for tracking
vendor sources.  I have used it to upgrade ncftp and cvs itself
through major changes (e.g. 1.3 -> 1.8.8).  Anyone who
wants it is welcome to it.  It eases the pain of tracking sources
which move around while you are trying to keep local changes.
