Well, as much as I can do without more information (traced it down to
the read-only fs check in sys_fchmod(); appears as if vp->v_mount is
a bogus pointer).

I've sent Jukka a patch to run with that will catch the problem and print
some debugging information and panic.  With any luck, we'll be able to
see something more from that.
