There are sites where the spamming site is a dedicated spam engine, and
they chose an ISP who does not regulate content, like SprintLink.

In that case, there's not much you can do... earthstar.com is one of
those.
Not even phone calls change anything.  Or at least for me and many
others they didn't.

Is that an official statement by you as an employee of Border Network
Technologies, makers of the BorderWare firewall software?  I would
expect more ethical sense from ppl associated with your organization.

You're leaning awefully far out the window with that statement
regardless of that. What you are suggesting is more than just unethical.
