Cyberpromo is a domain run by the Spam King.   Any email you send them
will just serve to get you on their mailing list.   They aren't
interested in indignation - indeed, they seem to thrive on it.

It might be worthwhile to add a black-hole route for cyberpromo's
network into *.netbsd.org.   They're already blackholed for me, but
homeworld.com is connected through a provider that doesn't blackhole
spammers.   :'(
