I believe *Quantum* Atlas's are made be Quantum. ;-)
Other than that, your advice holds for any high-tech company I've ever
talked to. Call often and average the answer. Noise theory tells us
that n-independent answers will reduce the noise by sqrt(n). The
trick is that you need to reach different people each time, or else
the noise will correlate.
