are you refering to ISDN for NetBSD or mppp?
If mppp, then there is mpd from FreeBSD-current at
ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/distfiles/LOCAL_PORTS/mpd-1.0b3.tgz
and I did find an ISDN driver but it was 1/2 way implemented so I forgot
about it. Someone else on the list may help you with this.
