Oops.  The source in our tree is dated April 1997, and the 3-5.90.1,
3-5.90.2, and 3-5.90.3 releases post-date that, so I assume we haven't
applied the post 3-5.90 changes to the NetBSD tree.

Yet lib/libntp/version.c says '3-5.90 3".  Does that means the source
is from build #3 of 3-5.90, or something completely different?

If we don't already hae 5-90.3 in our tree, I think we should get it,
because that's what experts in  comp.protocols.time.ntp would advise.

Besides, the u_long -> u_int32 changes in 3-5.90.3 look particularly
worth having.  Has anyone actively used xntp on NetBSD/alpha?  Did it work?

And, how about incoporating the top-level CHANGELOG or README so that
users have some indication of the provenance of our xntp source base?
(I'd do this myself,  but  I have paper deadlines.)
