I just committed a isa/lpt_isa frontend to ic/lpt and removed the monolithic
isa/lpt.

After the next sup, if you're using lpt at isa (i386, alpha, atari; others?)
you need to re-run your "config" and "make depend" before making your new
kernel.

No other change is needed.

[I tested this on i386].
