hi folks.  the next sup should contain most of lite-2 for usr.sbin and
share.  kgmon and sysctl are still to be merged, and there are a whole
bunch of man pages conflicts to deal with, but the rest of both of these
trees is finished for lite-2.

please log any problems with send-pr!
